Exclamation Microsoft Search Engine: papers found?

I accidently stumbled onto an interesting site last night, that may or may not be part of the background development of the new Microsoft search engine.

Check it out:

http://www.cs.utk.edu/~lsi/

If so, there's a new phrase we are all going to have to learn:

Latent Sematic Indexing.

Of course, it may be completely unrelated - but take a look at the papers:

There's certainly something there that could be applied to the new Microsoft Search Engine. And look at the close conenction between the Tennesse Uni and Microsoft - a clear partnership.

Watch this space.
