I spent most of yesterday searching out directories to submit my sites to.
I worked from lists of directories, and have now narrowed down a list of the best
free ones to submit to, based primarily on their usefulness for SEO purposes.
All those that use a redirected link (ie, jump.php?your-link) are out, as are those directories that do not even have their content pages spidered (I judged that on the basis of them having pages cached by Google or not).
All of the following with therefore list your link, for free, and leave your link to be spidered as a backlink by search engines.
