Interestingly enough, Google won a case over Clickfraud in May:
http://publications.mediapost.com/in...14209&p=281796 Google have also suggested how to contact them via AdSense spam reports over clickfraud - though how on earth the surfer knows a site is perpetuating clickfraud, while Google remains completely unawares, is certainly a curious idea: http://www.jensense.com/archives/200...ing_publi.html

There is a number of cases in the courts in America over clickfraud. I know one of the lawyers who are currently suing Yahoo! Overture for $8million in the states on behalf of rather large organisation. (what this space)
