Default Richard Whiteley dies

Pretty sad news, really:

Quote:
Sir Jeremy Isaacs was the founding chief executive of Channel 4, which launched in 1982 with the first edition of Countdown.

"I think he was one of the great, modest, amusing, jolly, heart-warming broadcasters of our time," he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
