I've just did a search on Marketsafe and found some compaints about them on UK Business forums. There was never any mention of an auto renewal when I started with them, I was told it was for a fixed period - normally 12 months, but because I was a new customer, they would extend it to 18 months.

These people are appearing to be extremely dodgy if what I have just read is true. Come on Adam, what have you got to say for Marketsafe?
