People are asking what to import from China. People are replying get lawyers. Lawyers are not of going to be of help if you want to know what should be imported or if you want to know the exchange rate for china currency Real or the tarriff or duty rate. You can get this information more cheaply from other sources.

People are very misinformed about investing money in china. First you must learn about the art of investing money in the USA. You have to feel comfortable and be able to produce a profit. Everybody can invest. But very few can produce a profit,. You have to know that if you invest in the business of others there will be a resale market of the shares you purchased in the business of others or if the other person is going to be able to do any business with the money he received from you. If he does not you will be sorry. Some times he does start a business. But you get no devided and you can't sell your shares.
I've beeen talking about the resale market. actually it is not that simple. These shares are restricted shares and you can't even be alloud to bsell these shares. Securities Act of 1933, as amended and the Securities Exchange vAct of 1934, as amended would stand in the way. As I understand it Rule 144 adopted by SEC would allow you to sell a limited number of shares. But I don't know if this rule is applicable only to publicily held companies that file regular forms like 10K with the SEC or for all Companies. So be very very careful. |

Hi, I agree with fakir 005, you have to be very cautious when sourcing and importing from China. To be on th dafe side it is probably better to use a UK based company that deals with all the trade activities with China. Give me a shout if you want more details of a company like that
good luck! |
