Best jobs to outsource

I'm involved in a new business, which aims to help start ups by taking on many of the tasks involved in setting up a business allowing the owner to concentrate on launching their business. We can, for example, set up the website, logo, payroll, bank account, Companies House, bookkeeping and much more. What I'm interested to know is what types of roles you would be interested in outsourcing to a business like this.
