In my opinion, the best SEO tool is your brain. No automated tool can do the job as well, but there is a learning curve involved. The source link is to a blog post of mine about the topic.
Some of the basics: pick a keyword and put that keyword into the title tag of your page and the h1 tag of your page. Make the page relevant to the keyword. When picking a keyword, don't go for the super high traffic ones...those are also the ones that have a lot of competition. Look for lower traffic and lower competition keywords that more closely match what your page is about. |
