Default Sorting out admin work

I've been suffering a serious lack of discipline recently - drifting between projects, rather than focussing on getting core business work done - not least the admin side.

I'm now assigning 16:00-16:30 every day as the time when I update my records for the day, and use the extra in that slot to catch up with my general admin work.

Last time I was focussed on admin and accounts, I got everything up to date for mid-October, but not updated since. Going to be some work, but I'm confident a little everyday this month should see my records fully up-to-date for the start of the new tax year.

What's a little scary is that I only have an approximate idea of my income and outcome - but having had to play the first year of business very much by ear, it's time to start setting down set targets, not least for raising income, and lowering costs.
