The cost of starting an online business varies massively. Some people I've met (in this industry) have started with next to nothing! Others have had fairly substantial investment in either their business, or their training.

I started mine somewhere in between. I invested (carefully) in a couple of programs, attended a couple of seminars... including one big one (a 5 day course) that changed the way I do everything. Basically it changed my life. So that was my best investment.

In my experience the best online business is selling your own product... whether it's something entirely tangible or simply an online product/service.
