Default Which social networking sites have 'no follow' on the links?

I am just wondering if anybody knows which of the social network sites have no follow on the links and are therefore no good as back links.

thanks!

Most of these sites are run by SEO experts who know that having outbound links without no follow will down grade their Page rank, if you do find any please post them and share the glory!!

I've heard twitter links are ignored by google. Can't say if the source was reliable though. Obviously not good for back linking but still useful as a promotional avenue.

This is because people try to spam the social networking sites to get high rankings in the search engines.

It looks like most free ways of getting back links (directories, forums, blogs, etc) seem to be of no use from an SEO persective anymore.

Things are getting harder : (

What links are actually still accepted by google?

Twitter links are not ignored by Google.. if you have a link coming in from your profile .. You can see it in webmasters console Also twitter is more about engaging customers and getting traffic rather then getting link juice out of it

I wouldn't pass up a decent link just because it had 'nofollow'. I used to care about followed links with anchor text only. Now I don't care if they use CGI, Javascript, 'nofollow' - or if it's not even a link but just a mention of my url, business name or address.

I'm not saying that anchor text followed links aren't important. But if that's all you have then that doesn't look like a natural profile.

And all links get people onto your site, who could buy stuff or link to what they like. But if you don't take a link just because it isn't 100% perfect, you'll miss that chance.

And Google is putting increased emphasis on 'citations' and not just links - for local search results and for huge search terms too.

It does not make much sense to compile such a list as these things change so quickly. Best to just do the investigation yourself. Get firefox and SearchStatus addon, turn on no follow highlighting and see for yourself.
