Does anybody have any comments on this? Or even what it's supposed to be?
It's a plugin that appears when adding posts. Allows you add tags. a title, and description. But the post ALREADY HAS all those, right? Does anybody know if this is worth fooling around with? Thanks

I've seen it around but not used it - it only takes very basic modifications to any template to make it SEO friendly.

I personally would recommend Platinum SEO pack, the newer version, this combined with a couple of other SEO plugins works well for most wordpress bloggers who are looking to optimise their blogs

I just set my wordpress blog up last week but not had a chance to do anything with it yet, nor have I explored anything either.
Can I assume from this post, that we are able to SEO our blogs with wordpress? |

But what does it DO?
It looks like it sets titles and tags. But you can do that anyway. Am I missing something here?

Definitely free add-on and very easy to install. Places a box on your post entry/edit page.
But damned if I can figure out what it does
