Wordpress' "All In One SEO Pack"?

Does anybody have any comments on this? Or even what it's supposed to be?

It's a plugin that appears when adding posts. Allows you add tags. a title, and description.

But the post ALREADY HAS all those, right?

Does anybody know if this is worth fooling around with?

I've seen it around but not used it - it only takes very basic modifications to any template to make it SEO friendly.

I personally would recommend Platinum SEO pack, the newer version, this combined with a couple of other SEO plugins works well for most wordpress bloggers who are looking to optimise their blogs

I just set my wordpress blog up last week but not had a chance to do anything with it yet, nor have I explored anything either.

Can I assume from this post, that we are able to SEO our blogs with wordpress?

But what does it DO?

It looks like it sets titles and tags. But you can do that anyway. Am I missing something here?

Definitely free add-on and very easy to install. Places a box on your post entry/edit page.
But damned if I can figure out what it does
