Exclamation PC harddrive privacy issues

Apparently personal identity theft has become a really big issue in the US, with a report on the issue putting the offline vs online identity theft at around 83% vs 17%. And Americans are now growing used to shredding hard copies of what they have.

It's was reading on this subject that put onto an old article related to the issue, which related how even your old harddrives can be used to extract very important information...
