You really should use anchor text with your signature links because it assists search engine results better. Generally people will be searching Google for
free advertising not
JustOneUK so it is better to have links for your keywords and not just for your domain name.
Brian, I haven't seen it anywhere that links other than guestbooks have been noticably devalued, have you got any further info on this? (even blog spamming still remains "unpunished")
