Paypal for non-USA bank account holders
Maybe somebody has some info on this.
I have a friend here in Mexico who need PayPal for his business, no doubt about it. If looks like no problem fom him to collect and take credit cards (we'll see) but how does he get his money out of PayPal? They say you can only connect it to U.S. banks. Can you do direct transfers to UK banks? Can't get a debit card without a USA PayPal account. They could send him a check, but the mails here suck so bad. Any insight on how he could get around this? It might be worth him getting another account with somebody other than PayPal if it could connect to his bank.

Ah. So it's like some countries are redlined, including Mexico. I'm sure they have ample reason for that.
Anybody see a way to get PayPal funds out other than check or bank transfer? Or other similar sites that work as well as PayPal?
