Financial sites only like IE?

Bloomberg has become the latest site in the financial sector which doesn’t like browsers outside of IE. At present, any attempt to access Bloomberg.com in Mozilla Firefox 2 results in a blank white page. I have to say this is a pet peeve of mine. One of my banks (won't say who) does not allow login from any browser except IE..damn irritating. There's nothing more annoying than sites which are not cross-browser compatible (must check mine now I say that!)

It seems to work in Chrome
but yes its very unprofessional in this day and age not to make a site whatever its about or does not work in every browser.

I think websites that are not optimized for different browsers doesn't worth a visit...
