Sounds very expensive - I pay $10/hour for Indian writers and I think I'm being generous, considering India's own average wages! Even still, I'm about to drop my last Indian writer because, in general, I think they take the piss the moment they can (copy/pasting instead of unique writing).

I just cannot recommend any Indian SEO company - "Indian" and "SEO" just don't go together as concepts.
