The problem with DNS issues is that they are extremely hard to track down, especially if they are intermittent problems...
Just because your nameservers are setup correctly at domain level does not mean that there isn't a problem with the nameserver's themselves. Also - because DNS is cached, a small problem with the setup can stay in the system hours after it has been resolved... It's a PITA! ![]() I would suggest moving the site to another host to see if that is the problem, it is more likely to be host / DNS related than ISP related with it only effecting this one website.

Tip - before moving, ensure the DNS TTL is set to 600 or similar smaller number in WHM - make the move faster, smoother.
