Anyone have autoarchive on for Outlook?
Simply that I keep being prompted to autoarchive, but I'm very concerned about losing functionality with my emails, so avoid allowing it at present. I have a range of folders in Outlook I've manually set up as archives for different requirements, ie, Invoices, which is then subdivided by month with year, domain registration notices as another big folder, etc. Will Outlook disrupt my folder setup, or make it more difficult to access and search my email archive if I allow it to "auto archive"?

I use it regularly. It simply stores them in another folder within your Folder List. I don't lose any functionality within those emails, as far as I can tell. I can certainly still access links, attachments and such from them.
