Yeah... I believe U.S. finance officers have already declared that U.S. is in a state of recession that will last until the early part of 2009.

Be careful - many organisations are using generalities to help get them exposure. I have just sold my house at £10k above its oct 2007 valuation in two weeks!

I think it very much depends on where you live. Certain areas e.g. Aberdeen are continuing to go up. Other areas are falling rapidly.
