Seconded for Monaghan - he's the only guy I know around here who does Windows hosting in the UK. And seems to know what he's talking about.

Thanks,
I'm seriously going to have consider my options soon.
I know I should have switched from Access a long time ago, but are just
weary of anything going wrong.
Can you give me an approx cost for switching everything (including hosting)?

Also if I did switch, what would your support be like, what happens if your
away or not available, have you got staff that provide 24/7 support?

Uptime, reliability, speed and support is my priority. I don't need any fancy
extras or control panels, just the ability to FTP and security

Feel free to PM me with answers.

There are a few SQL differences between Access and MySQL but generally the transition is painless.
I've moved quite a few sites over to MySQL with great results.

Monaghan - my sites are all in Classic ASP at present so may be interested in talking with you about migrating to ASP.NET at some point

The differences between Access & other database systems depends entirely on how the original code is put together, the migration could be very quick, or could take hours of walking code finding Access specific issues
