Anyone here like they are materially successful, yet still end up repeating old habits from when they were broke?
I'm a little short-sighted, and only really wear my glasses for driving. When I was broke, my glasses tended to fall apart in some way. Currently, the left lense in my glasses keeps falling out. Sometimes it just falls out when getting the kids into the car. Today, it actually popped out while driving. Not good! Trouble is, I'm too busy to prioritise getting my glasses fixed because they are so little used. Maybe I'll try and get to Boots Opticians this Saturday and make an appointment for disposable contact lenses.

Shop around for contact lenses - I get Specsavers daily disposables on a quarterly mailing (30 pairs) and supplement them with Daysoft lenses when I'm running low.
I also wear my glasses during the day as my eyes tend to get a bit dry staring at the TFT, plus they're memory-flex-style frames so when I fall asleep in them I don't bend the frames like I used to...

Consolidation is the key, give yourself some breathing space, get all those piddly little jobs done and also take a bit of a brake at the same time. Works wonders for me, however, I keep forgetting to do it.
