Age discrimination laws?

Hi

I’ve just taken been put in charge of a small local business, and I have discovered that the documentation is a little bit patchy. In particular, I’m vaguely aware of some age discrimination legislation that appeared recently (ish – could be two or three years ago now) and our documents don’t seem to have been updated since then! Does anyone know of anywhere I can check my legal documents against others to make sure I’m up to date?

Reading between the lines you may need to look at the wider issues of co. documentation as starter this may be helpful
