Forum permissions changed

Just a heads up that I've applied a couple of anti-spam solutions to the forums which should hopefully be helpful overall:

1. New members cannot post links or images
2. New members cannot use signatures
3. New members cannot post classifieds ads

Members can only post links when they have over 15 posts.

Additionally, members cannot have a signature or post classifieds until they reach 15 posts AND have been a member for 3 days.

Hopefully won't cause any problems, but if does so, do feel free to let me know.

Also let me know if any of the forum permissions are acting screwy for you...

Won't kill all spam, but should go a long way to getting rid of the 1 post spam and never return type of member
