well,its just fine but not that good.text effect is fine but i think u can make it little more attractive.i suggest not to use the border.

Very nice. Very retro-commie in a cheery style. I think you need borders in banners. I'd suggest a bevel border if you can.

I would suggest using only one font for the yellow text.

Generally good. I dont like the pale background (pink) text. Looks to much to me.
