You know that not everyone really cares about that? I really don't meant to be rude, but most people here and/or msn or yahoo instant messages, online games and such are aware and don't really care... And that's the problem, people are staying more at home, doing less things and are not living. =/

No they are not idiots, they are quite right! Its not said that it has something to do with taking drugs, but spending to much time at the computer is a blemish. If you are always online, man you have no life and you ARE addicted, so for your own good look for some help...

Lol you can become addict, but you can't compare it to alchoolism or drugs,
this ones can kill you when being in the computer will not kill you! You can become fat ( if u dont make any exercise ) and you can get a problem in your eyes but you wont die because of this! |

So Caldazar, would you also say that doing anything for more than four hours during spare time, is an addiction? Or is it just because you think computers are unhealthy that scientist have an implication with it? I can name a million things people spend their spare time doing for hours that are unhealthy, but are not considered an addiction. I don't see the big problem with computers, unless of course that is the only thing you do. A person can easily use a computer for let's say... five hours, and still have a "life," like you want to call it. Going out, working out, playing sports, socializing, having fun, sleeping, going to class, etc... It's just a little something called 'time management'
