Morning walk

morning walk is good for health, or best for health, or better for health,
i thing it is better for heath , what about you,

Why not the best? It is good for our physical health and also for our spiritual health. Both way is refreshening. No doubt about that.

I love to walk in the morning. It is so fresh and cool. It rained here last night and it was up lifting to walk and listen to the birds. A walk in the morning can keep you going all day.

It depends. I really dont find anything in it. I have too much to do to start walking around feeling good about good, better, best!!
