IIS6 and anti-virus

I can't get IIS6 to run on XP office beacuse of my firewall.

I don't want to pay £400 plus for symantec enterprise edition anti-virus. Anyone know of a good cost-effective anti-virus software that works with IIS?

i'm confused - is it your firewall or your antivirus thats messing it up?

McAfee anti-virus.
