Cut and pasting should work fine - sometimes too well, as if you're using the "Advanced WYSYWYG" editor then you can accidently end up pasting source HTML code in.

To paste images, you might need to use the IMG command:

[ IMG ]imageURL[ /IMG ]

Simply miss out the spaces within the brackets and see if that makes things easier.

Does that at all help??

Ahhh. Just figured it out.

I cut and paste using the right mouse button. It works fine in Explorer, but I've been using Firefox browser and it won't let me do it in this forum.

I've tested it out on other vBulletin forums and it works fine. But not here.

You having the same problem?
