What is the last thing you do before going to bed?

i turn off the tv and turn on the fan, which i can't sleep without.

The last thing I do before I go bed is I go and check my email and make sure there are no more payments or subscriptions that I need to fill before I hit the sack. Then I go brush my teeth and take a wiz and then I go to bed.

I usually put my TV on sleep and watch it untill I doze off.

Watch TV, turn off the lights, be sure that the alarm clock has enough battery to wake me up the next day and water my bonsai :P
