google adsense is very big add advertising program and company, it is very strict, if you perform any mistake then he will disable your account. so be carefull don't try to make fool to google adsense

I have used Kontera for in-line advertising but I have had to turn it off for registered or senior members on my forum as it makes the forum load (its vbulletin) go like a dog.

Also looked at some of the others like commision junction but their click through rates can be terrible - as bad as the banners.

Bidvertiser would be a nice alternative for adsense once your account has been banned..
Though I still stick to adsense because it's really the best PPC...
