Can I point out that RSS feeds are not intended to check for new postings, it is for syndicating content, so you could have posts that are made on Brian's site appear on your site. You just need software on your site capable of parsing these feeds. RSS= Really or Real Simple Syndication |

Yep, I know what its for, but at the end of the day its just a tool, how you use it is pretty much open. If you have a look at Designologue.com, the feed on that site is used to notify people of activity - if you're registered at the site, when you log in, theres a list of recent activity, including posts in the forum or recently uploaded images. The RSS feed for the site basically notifies you of any changes to that list.
Anyway, I'm not that bothered by it, jsut thought it might be handy
