Whoops - my bad.

I was about to reference this article - Rant against Modernbill - which I only put up a few days ago.

Since then, I've had a webhost try charging me for a small shared plan - only I had to go to a billing site and log in - when I did, when I chose the Paypal option, I was sent to a 404. The billing e-mail firstly was bounced, because the billing inbox was full (!). Then further e-mails were bounced because they "contained HTML formating" - which was nothing more than HTML character elements -   etc

So that was fun.

Another webhost I tried signing up for had a section on the signup form for my AIM/Instant Messenger alias. I never use instant messengers, so I left it blank. Surely that would be okay? Not so - the form insisted that the order could not be processed because I'd not included an instant messenger alias. I went elsewhere and that business lost a sale through stupidity in the form sign up.

Which was an issue I was trying to address here: Online Ordering.
