i want to be able to be flexible as to where i work from.
apart from the inconvenience and associated risks, i don't really want to cart a laptop from place to place; it seems so 90s to physically carry digital files around.
i'm ok with duplicating the required hardware/software, but mostly concerned with keeping all files up to date and in one spot. would also be nice if it could be offsite so backup is handled too.
i'm too small to go the exchange server option. and too technically unmotivated to want to try. has anyone confronted this before?

Dear loki
I can help you . But both the computers ( home computer and office compuetr) must be connected in broadband internet line and I can give you the small program which must be installed in each computer separately and get log in and password , after that you can log into either computer wahtever you want .You can go to directly the desktop of the other remote computer
