You could look into purchasing an extarnal hard drive for about £120. There compact and fit easily into a pocket/briefcase ect. If you do do this you can work directly from the external drive instead of your 'C' drive or a drive mapping to a server. I'd be carefull though and make sure you encrypt it and also back up your files on a (very) regular basis.
