I'm afraid it's an auto feature - the forums update about every hour.

I'd recommend if using your own PC that you check the "stay logged in" when visiting - and also press CTRL+A to highlight, then CTRL+C to copy any messages before sending.

I do the latter all the time, after too many experiences of writing long detailed posts on forums, only to see them lost for one reason or another!
